Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on olg77. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. olg77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. olg77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any interest in it to any other person. Any purported transfer is void.

olg77 conducts mandatory identity and age verification in accordance with its internal compliance framework. KYC verification is required before a Player may process any withdrawal request and may be required at other points at olg77's discretion.

To complete KYC, you may be required to provide one or more of the following, in a form acceptable to olg77:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer transactions. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or e-wallets that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment instruments owned by another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the relevant bank, typically within minutes during standard banking hours in Indonesia. olg77 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees, for which olg77 bears no responsibility.

If a deposit is received but cannot be attributed to a verified Account, olg77 will hold the funds and attempt to reconcile the transaction. olg77 reserves the right to refund unattributable deposits to the originating payment instrument. Claims for unrecognised deposits must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the deposit date.

Withdrawals may only be processed where all of the following conditions are met: (a) your Account has completed KYC verification; (b) the funds requested for withdrawal consist of cleared real-money Balance and not uncleared Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements; (c) your Account is in good standing with no open investigations or fraud alerts; and (d) you are requesting withdrawal to a payment instrument registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 07:00–22:00 WIB on banking days). E-wallet withdrawals are processed within approximately 5–10 minutes on a 24/7 basis.

olg77 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. olg77 is not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with receiving a withdrawal.

olg77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general provisions of this clause.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the associated value (or any winnings derived from it) becomes available for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stipulated promotion period will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit stacking. Bonuses must be accepted and played through in the order they are credited where multiple promotions are involved.

Where olg77's liability to you is established and cannot be excluded, its aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to olg77 during that period.

olg77 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity; (c) the provision of false registration information; (d) technical or security risks associated with your Account; or (e) a requirement to conduct enhanced KYC review.

Following investigation, olg77 may permanently close an Account and forfeit any associated Balance where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In cases not involving fraud or dishonesty, olg77 will return the verified real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) to the Player's registered payment method prior to closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the olg77 support team. Before closure, any pending Wagering Requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Your verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request being processed, subject to KYC completion.
